Halloween Frame
This frame is always centered to the media. Size is in percent of dimension size with Width and Height Offsets for customizations.
Scale Corners will allow resizing of the icons in the corners.
Lines Thickness can be used to turn off the inter-lines (click and drag down to zero) or create larger “blocks”.
Top/Botttom and Left/Right Adj. can be used to resize the lengths of the lines.
There is an option to fill the color of the effect or use a Gradient . Have Fun!
Drop Shadow helps make the details stand out a little more.
In the feature image above, two instances of Halloween Frame were superimposed over each other with the top layer slightly narrower (Width Offset) to reveal the yellow edges of the instance below.
