Feather Edge
Slightly different than Graduated Mask.
Feather Edge is a simple opacity gradient that can be applied to a clip. Use the OnScreen Controls to set the opacity points: the “white” control for full opacity, and the black control for transparent. Parameters published for each point so that this effect can be animated over time via keyframing.
What makes this different than Graduated Mask? Effect masks are available with this template which further enhances its power and effectiveness. Graduated Mask has no access to Effect Masks (Color and Shape).
Add as many as you need — create non-rectangular shapes!
