Graduated Color Frame
Super simple effect — set the border/frame widths, Outer and Inner Colors and you’re good to go!
Widths can be animated to cover the full screen in a single (outer) color or vice versa.
Borders/Frames can be “collapsed” to a single solid color — either the Inner color or the Outer color — with Collapse to Solid (zero being the “normal” gradient).
Panning content is simple — it can only be offset as far as the inner edge of the frame and automatically matches any animation for the “Widths”. Animating from any value Widths to zero results in an automatic pan back to “normal”.
