Candycanes in the Snow is a lower third with the text designed to look like peppermint sticks.
This title uses the Scheme font (available with FCPX and Motion 5.) If it does not appear when you add it to your project, you may need to move the font from FCPX to your system fonts. This article will tell you how:

Note: when this tutorial was made, the Shadow Designer onscreen control could move outside the Designer region. Changes in FCPX have caused the original design of staying inbounds to start working.
